Below you'll find our shipping rates, delivery estimates, and details of how we get your order to you. Orders ship from our location in Ceres, California.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is sent. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic shipping rates and delivery estimates (United States)
Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package:

Delivery times are estimates provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
International shipping
We ship to destinations outside the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected carrier (USPS or DHL Express). Estimated delivery times for international orders are shown at checkout and generally range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are applied once your shipment reaches the destination country. True Luv 1st is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if you have any questions, please contact us with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
